Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local delivery

Deliveries are made from 09:00 – 17:00 on Monday - Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

International Shipping

Sorry, we do not offer international shipping at the moment.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us here with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Alternatively, if you have a registered profile, you can track your order under your profile page.

We will also email you with regular updates as your order passes through its checkpoints.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not offer delivery to PO Boxes. Please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address or your order will be returned to the warehouse.

Transit insurance

All orders (both domestic & international are shipped with full insurance cover to the value of $1000.00 in the event of lost or stolen goods. Shipping is not optional and is not paid for by the customer. Should your order be more than $1000.00 we will adjust the cover for the order accordingly.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible here with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
