Savvy Soul Food 'Vegan & Vegetarian Frozen Meals'

Savvy Soul Food is at Serenity Love Healing Centre. Savvy Soul Food creates food “bliss” for healthy conscious people, them that love our animals, those with allergies or food sensitivities such as gluten free, or just anyone that LOVES sweets, without feeling guilty. 

Our frozen meals are delicious and healthy, created with natural ingredients from local growers in our area. They are easy to prepare, by just adding the rice of your choice, or simply placing meals in your oven for a required time, making healthy eating quick and simple.

We are open to the PUBLIC on SATURDAYS 
from 10am till 4pm.

You can order online, pay and collect 
we will call you once your order is made.

We offer delivery in the Penrith and
Blue Mountains metro area only.

For Orders over $100, delivery is free.
Orders under $100 incur a $10 delivery fee.
